2020	Cederberg	Cabernet Sauvignon	The 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon is de-stemmed, fermented in stainless steel and undergoes a longer skin contact than the Pinot Noir (14-21 days), 50% malo in new oak and 50% malo in tank then raised in 45% new oak for 15 months. It offers brambly red fruit, sous-bois and subtle floral scents on the nose, gaining intensity with aeration. 2019	Ramírez de la Piscina	Reserva	The 2019 Reserva is a Tempranillo sourced from San Vicente de la Sonsierra and Ábalos, Rioja Alta. Aged for 18 months in used American and French barrels, this dark garnet wine delivers notes of blackberry, plum, bay leaf and mint, accompanied by hints of nutmeg and coconut.
