The palate is medium-bodied with fine-boned tannins and a touch more sour cherry in the mix, especially on the piquant finish. 2023	Jean-Marc Burgaud	Morgon Cote du Py 'Javernieres'	Bottled in January after 12 months and four months in tank, the 2023 Morgon Côte du Py Javernières has vibrant, mineral-driven red fruit on the nose that blossoms in the glass. 2024	Isabel Estate	Sauvignon Blanc	The 2024 Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc leads with juniper and cassis, green apples and lemon zest. In the mouth, the wine has a quinine-like freshness and intensity, shaped by pliable phenolics through the middle palate and finish. This is a really classy wine here.
