Founded in 1980, Regal Wine Imports, Inc is an importer and wholesale distributor of fine wines, craft beers and spirits. Based in Moorestown, New Jersey, co-founders Dan Bada and Charlie Trivinia believe that a strong company culture along with long-term, meaningful relationships with our Customers and Suppliers are the keys to building a successful company. For over 40 years, Regal has held true to that vision.
Dan and Charlie have known each other since childhood. In fact, their mothers emigrated to the U.S. together from Le Marche, Italy, and lived in the same house for some time. Going their separate ways for their university years, Dan attended Trenton State College and started a career in special education after graduation. Several years later, he and Charlie reunited and decided to launch a wine import and distribution business. In the early years, they both performed all aspects of the business from wine selection and purchasing to sales and delivery. Today Dan serves as the company’s President and spends most of his time in a Sales capacity, while continuing to play a key role in shaping the company’s portfolio.
Dissatisfied with the work environment of his job after graduating from the University of Dayton, Charlie re-connected with his childhood friend, Dan, and together they decided to create a new company that would be a great place to work. From that beginning in 1980, Regal now counts over 80 employees, with three offices and a broad wholesale and distribution network. Charlie has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer, focusing on the firm’s day-to-day operations and strategic planning to continue the company’s growth. Both Charlie and Dan strive to maintain mutually beneficial relationships with employees, customers, and suppliers alike. This aim and the desire to build a nourishing and rewarding work environment form the heart of Regal’s Core Values and culture.

I'm a St. Louis native and a proud graduate of Indiana University (Go Hoosiers!) A classically trained actor and singer, I recently discovered that my passion for performing complemented a new found passion for wine and viticulture. I've enthusiastically worked for Regal since March 2016 and have loved every minute of it.
Go Sox!
I like listening to podcasts, organizing my closet by color, and always thinking of a third thing when I'm listing stuff.
After stints in finance and dot-coms, a passion for food and wine led me into the world of restaurants and then wine importing. So, now I taste wine for work and do spreadsheets for fun.
Glass half full, HR professional, serial chip and guacamole eater, animal lover and proud mama!

You’ll never catch me without my blanket and my heater; ‘cause I’m always cool ????
Awesome customer service rep by day, liquid courage slinging bartender by night & proud mother all the time. I don’t always have personal time, but when I do, I enjoy sleeping and watching Law & Order marathons. I like pina coladas & getting caught in the rain. I’m not much into health food. I am into champagne.
I practice yoga, I like stupid/funny movies, and I need to be more patient, but in the meantime please get to the point.
I have been in the wine business since graduating from the University of Colorado in 2008. After spending 7 years in hospitality, I joined Regal in 2015. My professional goal is simple: find every person on the planet a glass of wine they love.
I was Regal's first employee, in 1980. After 10 years with Regal, I left Regal in 1990, taking a position with Wm. Grant & Sons, Inc. After 15 years with Grant, I moved to Frederick Wildman & Sons, Inc. I was fortunate to return to Regal Wine Imports, Inc. in February 2016.
Temple University graduate, Accounting. Widener University, Paralegal Certification. Previous careers Accounting, Financial Sales and Management. Interests include Wine, Fine Dining and Travel.

Love living in South Philly, traveling, watching movies, having dinner out and exploring Philadelphia’s newest and oldest everything. I have family throughout the U.S., so much of my time off is spent visiting them including my 2 sons, both in Phoenix for now. I lean left and appreciate spending time with friends, reading and enjoying wine.
I tried jogging but I couldn’t keep the ice in my glass.
