2020	Bhilar	Garnacha 'Phinca El Vedao'	Much fresher and more elegant than the more evolved 2019, this is a a serious, well structured Garnacha from 35 to 60-year-old vineyards in Elvillar and Kripan. 2020	Bhilar	Garnacha 'Phinca El Vedao'	The 2020 Phinca El Vedao was produced with Garnacha grapes from the place that names the wine, in the village of Elvillar. It fermented in a 2,000-liter concrete vat and matured in 500-liter French oak barrels for 30 months. It has a moderate 13.5% alcohol, a pH of 3.3 and 6.25 grams of acidity. It has a very balsamic nose reminiscent of a vermouth or a Barolo Chinato, with abundant sweet spices and aromatic herbs, intermixed with wild berry fruit. The palate reveals abundant, fine-grained, chalky tannins and a long, dry, clean and balsamic finish. 1,824 bottles were filled in September 2024.	Wine Advocate	93		2025-03-04
