It is the result of the assembly of 6 "terraces", whose grapes have been carefully selected. Given Marcel's approach, in this case it would be better to talk about setting up land, rather than grapes. In the word of "Mosset", Xarel·lo predominates over the Macabeo and an elegant Parellada: 55 months with the lees, degorged 10/2019. Bright straw yellow with hints of clean minerals, notes of exotic fruits and hints of anise and wild fennel. The taste is confirmed iodized, fruity, citrus, with a long, slightly spicy finish. Its rich structure and creamy pearl make it a sparkling wine of absolute gastronomic value. |

Xarel·lo (85%) and Macabeo (15%) from old vineyards for the label dedicated to Marcel's grandfather, Josep, the man who started the family business, planting the first vineyards. Degorged 09/2019, 78 months on yeast. This is the most "Champagne" Corpinnat in the Sabaté and Coca range, with notes of lees well integrated with those of the varietal. Exemplary expression of Xarello, which is expressed here in a high concentration of aromas and in a large structure, well wrapped in the notes of pastry. Remarkable is the wrap of Mediterranean bush and iodine. A return trip from France to the Penedès. |

Once again, Marcel relies on the ancient vineyard and the expressions of the land to give one of the classic poster methods of the Penedès. A concentrated, full and structured Xarello, but of great elegance and freshness. Above all, the "youth" of this Corpinnat sip of extraordinary longevity is striking. |
