Tasting Notes
It is the result of the assembly of 6 "terraces", whose grapes have been carefully selected. Given Marcel's approach, in this case it would be better to talk about setting up land, rather than grapes. In the word of "Mosset", Xarel·lo predominates over the Macabeo and an elegant Parellada: 55 months with the lees, degorged 10/2019. Bright straw yellow with hints of clean minerals, notes of exotic fruits and hints of anise and wild fennel. The taste is confirmed iodized, fruity, citrus, with a long, slightly spicy finish. Its rich structure and creamy pearl make it a sparkling wine of absolute gastronomic value.
