Heady cherry, black raspberry, licorice and floral pastille qualities on the spice-accented nose. Seamless and nicely focused; a firm spine of juicy acidity provides lift and structure to ripe dark berry and spicecake flavors. Finishes with gentle tannic grip and very good length, the berry note lingering nicely. There's outstanding value here. |
