2016	La Fiorita	Brunello di Montalcino 'Fiore di NO'	Enveloping and delicious, this fragrant red opens with aromas of ripe plum, baking spice, blue flower and an earthy whiff of new leather. Full bodied and concentrated, it also has an almost weightless grace and poise, delivering succulent black cherry, fleshy raspberry, star anise and cinnamon before an espresso close. 2018	Domaine du Moulin	Gaillac 'Cuvee Florentin'	Based on Braucol, the deep purple-hued 2018 Gaillac Florentin has a complex violet and floral-tinged bouquet with plenty of earthy black and blue fruits, some subtle herbal, underbrush notes, medium to full body, and a beautiful, layered, seamless texture on the palate. 2018	Domaine du Moulin	Cotes du Tarn 'Cinto'	The flagship of the estate, the 2018 Gaillac L'Aigle Cinto is usually a mix of Tannat, Syrah, and Braucol brought up in barrel. A bigger, richer wine, it has a big nose of chocolatey dark currants, cured meats, licorice, violets, and spice. Full-bodied, concentrated, and opulent on the palate, it's a monster of a wine, with moderate acidity, an expansive texture, ripe, chewy tannins, and a big finish. It pushes on the ripeness scale yet holds it together, gaining freshness and purity with time in the glass. It should evolve nicely for another decade, but there's no need to delay gratification. 2018	Morgan	Pinot Noir 'Twelve Clones' Santa Lucia Highlands	Coming from a mix of clones, the light ruby-hued 2018 Pinot Noir Twelve Clones gives up a pretty nose of framboise and strawberries as well as lots of floral, rose petal, sappy herb, and minty aromas and flavors. 2018	Domaine Jean Royer	Chateauneuf-du-Pape 'Prestige'	Deep vivid red. Potent, mineral-laced red berry and cherry preserve, spicecake and floral aromas are complicated by suggestions of dusty minerals and licorice. Chewy, sharply focused black raspberry and bitter cherry flavors become sweeter with air while picking up a sexy floral pastille nuance.
