La Fiorita |
Toscana Rosato ‘Ninfalia’ |
Sangiovese is fermented and aged for six months in 17.5hl Nomblot concrete eggs; this allows for a certain degree of micro-oxidation. Pale shell pink, with pretty aromas of floral fruit. On the palate, there is concentrated ripe fruit of dried peaches and perfumed peach blossom, with an intense weight and concentration typical of Sangiovese. Combined with the beautiful, almost powdery texture, fresh acidity and long length, this creates an elegant rosé worthy of the dark-glass presentation. |

Lava Cap |
Cabernet Sauvignon El Dorado |
Great herbal aromatics leap forward from this high mountain Cabernet sourced from four different sites in the Sierra Foothills—crushed stone minerality, green peppercorns, bay leaf frame cassis and blackberries with mint. The palate is well-structured and bright. Red and early season berry fruits are marked with fleshy bing cherry and candid raspberry notes. An excellent savoury kick of garrigue and a touch of dusty eucalyptus helps this wine towards the finish. |
