2022	La Fiorita	Toscana Rosato ‘Ninfalia’	Sangiovese is fermented and aged for six months in 17.5hl Nomblot concrete eggs; this allows for a certain degree of micro-oxidation. Pale shell pink, with pretty aromas of floral fruit. On the palate, there is concentrated ripe fruit of dried peaches and perfumed peach blossom, with an intense weight and concentration typical of Sangiovese. 2019	Meadowcroft	Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley	The 2019 Napa Valley Cabernet from Meadowcroft is a juicy, black-fruit-forward wine that presents a lovely medium to dark ruby-purple core with a fluorescent pink rim in the glass. Boysenberry pie, blue plums, vanilla bean, and cedary herbs play front and center. 2022	Lava Cap	Cabernet Sauvignon El Dorado	Great herbal aromatics leap forward from this high mountain Cabernet sourced from four different sites in the Sierra Foothills—crushed stone minerality, green peppercorns, bay leaf frame cassis and blackberries with mint. The palate is well-structured and bright. Red and early season berry fruits are marked with fleshy bing cherry and candid raspberry notes. 2021	Meadowcroft	Pinot Noir Napa Carneros	Aged in 25% new French oak and 5% American oak barrels, the 2021 Los Carneros Pinot Noir from Meadowcroft sports a light to medium ruby core with a neon pink rim. A nose of strawberry-rhubarb pie, sweet baking spice, Blood orange zest, and cedary herbs spill from the glass while the palate brings additional components of lemon zest, boysenberry liquor, and toasted vanilla.
