A crystalline line of acidity and fine mousse cuts through the richness. There’s lovely concentration and length, those honeyed, creamy notes lingering. A classy bottling for a special occasion. NV	Bluebird Distilling	Char and Stave Coffee Liqueur	Made with Arabica coffee from roaster Char and Stave and a vodka base from Bluebird. 2022	Bhilar	Blanco	Lightly gauzy and golden in hue, this silky white is fragrant with hints of honeysuckle and mint, offering flavors of raw almond, mandarin orange peel and dried white cherry. Medium to full-bodied and with ripe acidity, the wine strikes a harmonious balance between lift and depth, unfurling with a long, sustained presence and a layered mid-palate, with tightly wound fine-grained tannins forming the core that drives the wine. As it progresses, the wine narrows toward a focused and precise finish, imparting a satisfying sense of resolution.
