Cremant de Bourgogne Rose |
Alluring aromas of brioche, cherry tart, and orange peel are accented by lilac and white blossom. The palate is soothing and supple in texture, with the relaxed flavors suggested on the nose punctuated by hints of white rose petal. Pair with a green salad, or serve confidently on its own by the glass. |

Rouge 'Mont-Avril' Cote Chalonnaise |
This wine deserves an evening of contemplation. Elegant aromas of raspberry, black cherry, and black plum entrance the nose, buttressed by black tea, dried hay, forest floor, and field grass. Deft concentration enlivens the palate, with modulated fruit that wears a jacket of relaxed tannins. |

Brunello di Montalcino |
The umami, peppery nose pops with aromas of cigar wrapper, black pepper, wild herbs, crushed stones, and black plum. Blackberries enhance the black-plum element on the palate, while undertones of earth and more herbs provide balance. Tannins are dense and solid. |

Cremant de Bourgogne 'Reserve' |
Enticing aromas of bread dough, brioche, and apple tart flatter white peach, orange blossom, and white flower on the nose. The palate presents fresh fruit, green apple, and lemon zest that play with chalky acidity on the finish. |

Col Vetoraz |
Valdobbiadene Prosecco Brut |
This is hillside Prosecco that shows why site matters. It’s from one of Valdobbiadene’s steeper slopes and arrives with something of a real presence. Crisp green apple and white peach get lifted by a chalky mineral streak that speaks of those limestone soils. Bubbles have precision rather than just fizz, making this more dinner party material than a mimosa mixer. |

Cuvee Reserve Blanc Chateauneuf-du-Pape |
Offering more orchard fruits, minty herbs, mineral, and a similar subtle hint of petrol, the 2024 Châteauneuf Du Pape Cuvée Réservée Blanc is medium-bodied, supple, beautifully textured, has nicely integrated acidity, and outstanding length. It needs a year in bottle and will have a solid 10-15 years of prime drinking. It's cut from the same cloth as the 2023 but is perhaps a touch more chiseled and focused. Drink 2026-2040. |

Chateauneuf-du-Pape 'Tradition' Rouge |
Based on 100% Grenache from the galets roulés of le Bois de la Ville and partially destemmed, the 2024 Châteauneuf Du Pape was vinified and aged 12 months in concrete tanks. Upfront, perfumed aromatics of black raspberries, peppery garrigue, and violet show beautifully from the glass. It's medium-bodied on the palate, has ripe, forward fruit, velvety tannins, and outstanding length. This pleasure-bent, incredibly satisfying 2024 will drink well on release and over the following decade. There are roughly 833 cases produced. |

Chateauneuf-du-Pape 'Cuvee Reserve' |
Ultimately spending four years in barrels, the 2021 Châteauneuf Du Pape Cuvée Laurence is made with the idea of being upfront, open, and ready to go on release. It reveals spice, garrigue, and saddle leather nuances that are very charming, forward, and appealing. Medium-bodied, seamless, and complex, it's a beautiful wine that's going to check all the boxes for you traditional Châteauneuf du Pape lovers out there. |

Cuvee Reserve Blanc Chateauneuf-du-Pape |
Beautiful ripe apple, honeyed white flowers, and baking spice define the 2023 Châteauneuf Du Pape Cuvée Réservée Blanc, and it picks up a certain Riesling-like mineral and petrol nuance with time in the glass. It's beautifully textured, medium-bodied, has a layered, seamless mouthfeel, and a great finish. This is a classic, beautifully pure, clean white with tons of character. I love it today, yet this should have a solid decade or more of overall longevity. Drink 2025-2035. |
