2015	Pursued by Bear	Cabernet Sauvignon	The Bordeaux blend is the 2015 Pursued by Bear, which checks in as 81% Cabernet Sauvignon and 19% Merlot that spent a whopping 32 months in barrel prior to bottling. It's another gem offering classic currant fruit, lots of spicy oak, cedar, and tobacco aromas, full-bodied richness, ultra-fine tannins, and a seamless texture. NV	Domaine du Landreau	Volage Crémant de Loire Rosé Brut Sauvage	The 12% alcohol NV Volage Crémant de Loire Rosé Brut Sauvage is a pale pink colored single-vineyard sparkling wine that is entirely based on low-yielding (40 hectoliters per hectare) Cabernet Franc vines averaging 25 years old, planted on sandy silt and loam soils in St Lambert du Lattay in the Layon Valley south of Angers. The new release (L18171PA, disgorged in June 2018) opens with a Champagne-like, brioche-scented and slightly spicy bouquet of delicate strawberry, lime zest, underwood and floral aromas intermingled with fine yeasty notes from three years of bottle aging. The palate is simply delicious in its lush and round but delicate and filigreed, fascinatingly complex and elegant character. Dosed with three grams as Brut Sauvage, this is a persistent, well-structured rosé to be served as an aperitif and/or with dishes such as tuna tartar, shrimp, any fish but also chicken and even salads. It's medium to full-bodied, with touches of leather and smoke evident as well (despite being entirely unoaked), giving it an attractive savory complexity that's rare at this price point. 2016	Chateau du Moulin Rouge	Haut Medoc Cru Bourgeois	Warm berry-pastry aromas with mulberries and boysenberries, too. The palate has a long, supple and juicy feel with a wealth of rich berries. Plenty to offer here, this has a plush array of ripe dark fruit, driving the palate long and true. A blend of 50 per cent merlot, 40 per cent cabernet sauvignon and ten per cent cabernet franc. 2017	Morgan Winery	Metallico Un-Oaked Chardonnay	The 2017 Metallico Unoaked Chardonnay displays delicious apple and orchard fruit aromas and flavors with hints of lime citrus. On the palate it offers ripe and concentrated fruit flavors with lovely mouth feel and persistence on the finish. 2017	Morgan Winery	Cotes du Crow's	A delicious spicy blend of 56% Grenache, 37% Syrah and 7% Tempranillo. Dark ruby color with a smooth attack of ripe spicy plum fruit.
