2015	Pursued by Bear	Baby Bear Syrah	Full, bright medium ruby. Musky black raspberry, blackberry, bacon fat, hot rocks and olive tapenade on the nose, with plenty of sweet oak showing. A plush, fine-grained mouthful of black raspberry and smoked meat, offering noteworthy breadth and sweetness without heaviness. Finishes with slowly mounting dark berry and spice flavors and suave tannins. This wine shows considerably more varietal character than the 2014 version did. 2016	Dunham Cellars	Cabernet Sauvignon XXII	Bright red-ruby color. Redcurrant, plum, chocolate, tobacco, red licorice and spicy oak on the nose, plus an intriguing hint of stony minerality. Plump and fine-grained in the mouth; a step up in energy over the Trutina. Flavors of red berries, dark cherry, spices and red licorice show good medicinal reserve. 2015	Rocca di Castagnoli	Buriano Cabernet Sauvignon IGT Toscana	Shows lots of pure cabernet character with fresh herbs, red peppers, fresh blackcurrants, cedar and blueberries.
