2017 Le Cadeau Diversité Pinot Noir Tightly focused, with precise raspberry, orange peel and smoky forest floor accents that build tension toward broad-shouldered tannins. Drink now through 2026. 242 cases made. Wine Spectator 91 2020-01-21
2017 Le Cadeau Cote Est Pinot Noir This has a wealth of rich, toasty dark spices with an autumnal, leafy edge that adds charm to the vibrant fruit. The palate has a sleek, even and gently sinewy edge and a supple and really smooth build into the finish. Drink over the next five years. James Suckling 93 2020-01-21
2017 Le Cadeau Cote Est Pinot Noir Sleek and refined, with vibrant raspberry and violet aromas and piquant cherry, black tea and spice box flavors that build complexity toward snappy tannins. Drink now through 2026. 143 cases made. Wine Spectator 92 2020-01-21
2018 David Arthur Cabernet Sauvignon Elevation 1147 The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate Elevation 1147 has a bit more mid-palate sweetness than the Old Vine that gives it a real sense of plushness and textural resonance. Super-ripe dark cherry, plum, mocha, licorice, spice and sweet tobacco meld into the creamy, layered finish. Today, the Elevation offers a more overt style than the Old Vine, although it, too, has plenty of structure. Vinous 92-95 2020-01-17
2018 David Arthur Cabernet Sauvignon Three Acre The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate Three Acre opens up beautifully in the glass. Ample, creamy and resonant, the Three Acre is decidedly somber. Black cherry, plum, spice, licorice and menthol all flesh out effortlessly. In 2018, the Three Acre is decidedly powerful, with notable energy and tons of personality. Vinous 90-93 2020-01-17
2017 David Arthur Cabernet Sauvignon Elevation 1147 The 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate Elevation 1147 is one of the most intriguing wines I have tasted at David Arthur in some time. Intensely perfumed and expansive on the palate, the Elevation 1147 captures all the best the vintage had to give. The 2017 is powerful and rich, while retaining the classic sense of structure that is such a David Arthur signature. Vinous 95 2020-01-17
2017 David Arthur Cabernet Sauvignon Three Acre The 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate Three Acre is bright and perfumed, with striking top notes and tons of energy. Freshly cut flowers, mint, spice, cedar and new leather give the 2017 a real sense of aromatic lift and punch. This is a Cabernet that will benefit from a few years in bottle. In the early going, the Three Acre is very pretty, even if it comes across as a bit nervous in feel. That is likely the result of some blocked ripening in the estate's younger Cabernets. 2017 Keenan Winery Mernet The 2017 Red Blend Mernet Reserve is deep, fleshy and wonderfully seductive, with soft fruit, silky contours and open-knit aromatics - all of which make the 2017 a real pleasure to taste today. Vinous 93 2020-01-17
2017 Keenan Winery Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve Spring Mtn District Keenan's 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve is deep, layered and super-expressive. Black plum, licorice, chocolate, grilled herbs and cloves give the 2017 a distinctly dark profile to match its brooding personality. The 2017 offers terrific depth, but the tannins are a bit rough at this stage and will need time to soften. Vinous 94+ 2020-01-17
2017 Keenan Winery Merlot Reserve Mailbox Vineyard The 2017 Merlot Reserve Mailbox Vineyard shows sweet dark cherry, lavender, spice, tobacco and grilled herbs. It is darker and richer next to the straight Merlot. Translucent and expressive, the 2017 will drink well with minimal cellaring. This is a very classic style. Vinous 92 2020-01-17
