Verdejo 'Nisia' |
Green-tinged gold. A highly perfumed bouquet displays Meyer lemon, white peach and floral qualities, and a minerally accent adds lift and delineation. Vibrant citrus and orchard fruit flavors are underscored by a vein of chalky minerality that builds with aeration. Spreads out steadily on the impressively long finish, which echoes the citrus fruit and floral notes. Aged in a combination of 60% large oak barrels and 40% stainless steel tanks. |

Verdejo 'Nisia Las Suertes' |
Vivid, greenish straw. Powerful pear, nectarine and orange pith aromas display excellent clarity and a suave floral topnote. Intense orchard and pit fruit and honeysuckle flavors show a silky texture and tighten up steadily on the back half. Well-concentrated but energetic as well, delivering strong, floral-tinged persistence, repeating florality and solid final grip. From a vineyard that was reportedly planted in 1885; all large neutral French oak barrels. |

Malbec Nouveau 'Giunta' |
Big bursts of spicy fruit. It smells like cooking herbs and blackberries. The palate is juicy and fat, with great acidity brightening everything up. This is an excellent wine to chill down and sip with a cheese plate, some good friends, and a sunset. |

Koyama |
Pinot Noir |
The Koyama Pinots are classy wines, meticulously made while still allowing the character of the site and variety to shine. The nose is gently aromatic in notes of cranberry, raspberry, rhubarb, with quiet baking spice and savory elements typical to the region. The bright acidity is what first hits on the palate, but then the silky texture, fleshy red fruit and savory spice comes into focus. The tannins are chalky and supportive, rather than overwhelming. Drink now–2030. |

Unoaked Chardonnay 'Metallico' Monterey |
Rounded aromas of Asian pear and soft peach are cut by sharp grapefruit pith and chalk on the vibrant and very fresh nose of this stainless-steel expression. The palate is very grippy in texture at first, slowly giving way to the more broad stone-fruit flavors. |

Pinot Noir 'Twelve Clones' Santa Lucia Highlands |
Layers of baked berry, pie crust and star anise show on the nose of this clonal combination. It’s clean and direct on the palate, offering tart red-currant and cranberry flavors, touched up by thyme, lavender and potpourri elements. |

Pursued by Bear |
Cabernet Sauvignon Columbia Valley |
This wine is hedonism in a glass. Dark chocolate, cherry, vanilla and spice aromas are followed by rich, textured fruit flavors that coat the palate. It’s decadent, but the vintage’s backbone keeps it all beautifully in balance. Editors’ Choice. |

Cotes de Bourg |
Under the same ownership as Château Haut-Guiraud, this estate has produced a wood-aged wine that’s rich in dark spicy fruit and ripe tannins. Dense structure shows the wine’s potential as well as its concentration. Drink from 2022. |
