Vineyards from central to southern Tuscany in the provinces of Pisa, Firenze, and Grosseto at 50 - 250 meters of elevation.

Vinification

Fermentation on the skins for 10 days in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Punch down and pump over cap management, delestage.

70% Sangiovese
30% Merlot

Aging

Aged in cement vats.
