90% Syrah, 10% Mourvedre

Grown on the heart of the Fondrèche Plateau, an area with old alluvial limestone and a clay/sandy texture. 100% Certified Organic

Aging

Vinified without sulfites. Wine is aged for 12 months in foundre and new oak barrels. Bottled on a flower day based on the Moon Calendar.
