Single parcel of Serine Syrah planted in 1955. Grown on the heart of the Fondrèche Plateau, an area with old alluvial limestone and a clay/sandy texture. Grenache is from 80+ yr old vines. 100% Certified Organic

Aging
Vinified and aged without sulfites. Wine matured 12 months in ffoudre and barrel.
