Vinification

80% Grenache 1936, 10% Syrah, 10% Mourvedre

Grown on the heart of the Fondrèche Plateau, an area with old alluvial limestone and a clay/sandy texture. Grenache is from 80+ yr old vines. 100% Organic

Aging

Vinified and aged without sulfites. Wine is aged 12 months in glass globes & amphora, with 10% of Syrah & Mourvèdre aged in new oak.
