2018 Boutinot Seguret Cotes du Rhone Villages 'Les Coteaux Schisteux' This manages simultaneously to combine rich and mellow character (thanks to a touch of bottle-aged character) with a lively and enticing feel on the palate. 2020 Boutinot Cotes du Rhone Villages 'Les Coteaux' It would be hard to find a better introduction to the Southern Rhone than this generous but focused Cotes-du-Rhone Villages with its fresh black-fruit character. Super balance of fine tannins and ripe fruit with lively acidity makes this very easy to enjoy. Pronounced licorice note at the long, very straight and harmonious finish.
