2021	Morgan	Sauvignon Blanc Arroyo Seco	Vibrant nose tips you off right away that you are dealing with the Musqué clone in this fine bottle from Morgan. It shows the floral side of what’s possible from the clone, but it doesn’t get carried away with itself by going overripe or over creamy. It keeps bright acid pop and a beautiful grassy note that offsets the melon, citrus and nectarine notes. 2019	Morgan	Cotes du Crows' Monterey	This always satisfying blend of 62% Grenache, 29% Syrah, 5% Tempranillo and 4% Cinsault begins with aromas of dark-cherry compote, root beer and star anise, proving rather complex while still fresh. 2019	Morgan	Cotes du Crows' Monterey	A lovely Rhone-style blend that is a combination of 62% Grenache, 29% Syrah, 5% Tempranillo and 2% Cinsault that is aged for 10 months in 7% new French oak barrels with the rest neutral. Black raspberry, blue plum, ground white pepper, and a touch of smokey meat create a wine with medium body, medium tannins and a warm, solid finish. Enjoy this wine now or over the next 4-5 years. 2021	Morgan	Unoaked Chardonnay 'Metallico' Monterey	Unoaked Chardonnay can be a bit of a curiosity domestically. A few producers, like Morgan, find it to be a fine alternative to the other horses in the stable, so they give it its due attention. This vintage gets at the tropical side of the variety without getting sweet, showing papaya along with pineapple and nectarine.
