2020 Lancyre Pic Saint-Loup 'Coste d'Aleyrac' Beefy black pepper flavors and plum compote richness don't quite fill out this wine’s frame. This is a blend of syrah and grenache with ten percent carignan, and its nuanced flavors in the finish suggest it might have more to say with two years of age. Wine & Spirits 90 2023-01-06
2019 Beauchene Cotes du Rhone 'Le Terroir' Explosively expressive, this cuvée is from the Bernard family's oldest vineyard, Grangeneuve, which straddles Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Côtes du Rhône. It's gorgeous, with chewy red berry and cherry fruit, a floral fragrance and a supple texture. Decanter 92 2023-01-06
2019 Pursued by Bear Cabernet Sauvignon Columbia Valley A dynamic Cabernet that shows polish and tension, along with expressive blackberry, mocha, espresso and dusky spices that drive toward medium-grained tannins. Drink now through 2032. Wine Spectator 94 2023-01-04
2016 Mas d'En Gil Coma Vella' 2016 was a very good overall vintage in Priorat, and for Mas d'en Gil, it was considered exceptional. They are releasing their two top reds from this vintage, starting with the expressive, powerful, mature and polished 2016 Coma Vella, which is very harmonious and shows developed aromas and subtle flavors. It has the rusticity of Priorat and the elegance of the balanced vintages with time in bottle. Wine Advocate 94 2023-01-04

2021 Jean-Marc Burgaud Morgon Corcelette Impressive wild-blackberry fruit with touches of wild herbs and candied orange. The medium-bodied palate is very elegant and structured with plenty of dried-herb and wet-earth character. Very long, stony finish with clove and cardamon. The first vintage of this wine from a single hectare of vines planted in 1932. Drink or hold. James Suckling 94 2023-01-04
2021 Jean-Marc Burgaud Morgon Corcelette A new cuvée from Burgaud, the 2021 Morgon Corcelette derives from holdings in La Roche Pilée, part planted in 1932 and part planted in 1970. Bursting with aromas of mulberries, plums, smoke and pencil shavings, it's medium to full-bodied, fleshy and textural, with an ample, layered core of fruit and a giving, supple profile. It's a fine addition to the range. Wine Advocate 92 2023-01-04
2019 Marziano Abbona Barolo Ravera The 2019 Barolo Ravera is savory, floral and nicely lifted. Red cherry fruit, wildflowers, mint, crushed rocks and herbs are nicely laced together in this mid-weight offering. This delicate, understated Barolo is quite pretty, even with its youthfully austere tannins. Vinous 91 2023-01-04
2019 Marziano Abbona Barolo 'Pressenda' The 2019 Barolo Pressenda unfolds in the glass with dark red cherry, menthol, licorice, rose petal, mint, sweet spice and orange peel. Firm tannins are pretty forbidding at this stage, but that should be less of an issue with bottle age. This opens nicely with time in the glass. Vinous 92 2023-01-04
