About 6% Sauvignon Blanc from Larrick Vineyard in Dry Creek Valley was blended in to slightly boost the acidity level.
Vinification
The Vecino Sauvignon Blanc was harvested mid-September at 21˚ brix. Grapes were whole cluster pressed and fermented in a stainless steel tank. Post-fermentation, malolactic was partially blocked.
