Tasting Note

This wine is a beautiful ruby red color with garnet reflections. The nose offers notes of red fruits, cherry, raspberries, blackcurrant subtly spiced with cinnamon and pepper. On the palate, the tannins are delicate and pleasant, offering a beautiful roundness to the wine. Ideally served as an aperitif or accompanied with fish, white meats, pizza, noodles and soft cheeses.
