Winery Overview
The family adventure began in 1980, thanks to Michel Paquet, father of Mathieu, who devoted 12 hectares of Chardonnay to his daily work for over 35 years. A generation later, Michel passed on his know-how to his son. In 2015, Mathieu takes the lead and decided to expand. From parcels of vines located on soils that have been cultivated for decades, the winery works tirelessly to ensure the grapes they source are grown in the best conditions. Following strict regulations imposed on their suppliers, their focus is on obtaining high quality, healthy grapes that are rich in aromas, reflecting local terroirs.
The Paquet Montagnac line of wines are for all wine lovers and for any occasion. Moments spent with loved ones and a glass of wine create fond memories, and this vision is an integral part of creating the Paquet Montagnac wines.

Tasting Notes
Beautiful ruby red color. The nose offers notes of red and black fruits such as cherry, raspberry and blackcurrant. On the palate, the attack is pleasant. The tannins are delicate and partially integrated, offering a beautiful roundness to the wine and a beautiful minerality on the finish.
