Five valleys: Bellmunt del Priorat, La Coma Valley, Olive Tree Hollow, Grinyo Valle, Sas Vallley. Steep slopes, arid climate, soil type is slate. Mountainous yet close to the Mediterranean coast.

Aging

14 months in 3,000L, 1,500L and 225 litre barrels.
Bottle aged for 24 months aproximately.

Tasting Note

Forest floor aromas, fruit and minerality are a welcome sign we are in the south of Priorat. Sensations which make us re-live a springtime stroll through Mediterranean woodland. Intense and fresh, balanced with some silkiness which is characteristic of Mas d’en Gil wines.
