Similarly, the 2010 Brut Nature Gran Reserva has increased the time in bottle to no less than 50 months, and the Xarello represents 85% of the volume with the balance provided by Macabeo. There are balsamic aromas and notes of camphor, roasted nuts, smoke and bread dough. The palate feels more balanced, and the acidity and bubbles are in very good harmony. Here, more time on the lees is an advantage. |
