Ample, creamy and voluptuous, with plenty of supporting tannin, the dark, brooding 2014 shows off the more potent side of the year while somehow managing to be both deep and wonderfully translucent. 2014	Carol Shelton	Rocky Reserve Zinfandel Dry Creek Valley	The Rocky Reserve Zinfandel comes from the Florence Vineyard in Rockpile situated 1400 feet above Lake Sonoma and Dry Creek Valley. It is a beautifully tailored wine offering aromas of blue and blackberry fruit, plum, spice, and dark chocolate. It is nicely structured and has a rich persistent finish.
