Tasting Notes
The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate Elevation 1147 has a bit more mid-palate sweetness than the Old Vine that gives it a real sense of plushness and textural resonance. Super-ripe dark cherry, plum, mocha, licorice, spice and sweet tobacco meld into the creamy, layered finish. Today, the Elevation offers a more overt style than the Old Vine, although it, too, has plenty of structure.
