2019	Isabel Estate	Pinot Noir	A full-bodied, richly textured example thanks to the richer soils on the estate's southern borders. You can expect attractive aromas of violets, herbs and red cherries. There's a sumptuous veil of fine-grained tannins that coat the mouth and add sinew and a sense of purpose on the medium-length finish. 2019	Domaine Alain Voge	Cornas Les Vieilles Vignes	This is packed with succulent cherry, plum paste and blackberry fruit flavors that show hints of mulled spice, dried anise, singed tobacco and sweet tapenade as they move through. 2018	Cuarto Dominio	Malbec 'Tradición de Familia'	Deep, dense and exciting nose, exhibiting minty blackberries, new leather, tar, sandalwood, incense and mocha cream. Huge concentration, but delivered naturally and not overdone. The palate is clenched by powerful yet closely knit tannins. Full and concentrated, but polished. Persistent. Early now.
