Tasting Note

Rrich in mineral notes thanks to the centuries-old lava torrents from which it comes. It has light fruity notes of strawberry and raspberry. It reveals velvety tannins, elegant, complex and has a persistent aftertaste. It is refined, extremely delicate, characterful and sophisticated. It reaches its best expression between 5 and 15 years of aging.
