The unique terroir of the Terroja vineyard ensures that these 90-year-old, low yield Xarel-lo vines ripen fully and give a maximum expression of the land.

Vinification

Minimalist approach to winemaking for pure expression of fruit. Slow fermentation via indigenous yeasts in stainless teel tanks. Partial, natural malolactic fermentation. Unfined and unfiltered.

Aging

Aged on the lees for 6 months. No oak contact.
