Straw white, slightly cloudy, with classic notes of cedar, Amalfi lemon, and acacia flowers. On the palate, its fresh, savory, and very easy to drink.

“A white wine from Pallagrello Bianco and Asprinio grapes, grown organically. It comes from the idea that wine can and should free itself from superstructures, rules, constraints, fashions, and trends. By embracing the right kind of simplicity, we can finally enjoy wine with our senses, guided only by the pleasure of drinking it.”
