Fermented in Stainless tanks and aged slightly on its yeast to produce a light vanilla that plays well with the fruit. Before bottling it was touched by some fresh toasted oak offering a slight layer to give the wine another dimension.

Tasting Note

A crowd-pleasing California Chardonnay with green apple, baked pear, and nutmeg aromas on the nose. Full-bodied with bright tropical fruit, butterscotch, and toasty oak spice flavors on the palate. The mouthfeel is rich and rounded with a long finish with layered acidity.
