Our Casa Eva Vermut captures the essence of Mallorca in every sip. It’s made with Mallorcan wine (mostly Cabernet Sauvignon blanc de noir) and local ingredients like carob, rosemary, thyme, pine, olives, and oranges. Most of the botanicals are macerated in alcohol before the distillation. The typical bitterness of the wormwood and gentian root are obtained by directly macerating in the vermut. Adding a little bit of sugar and caramel color beautifully balance the herbaceous aromas and fresh citrus notes. Enjoy it simply over ice – and if you like, with a splash of soda for a lighter version. It’s also perfect in a classic Negroni, paired with our Red Citrus Bitter and Gin Eva.
