2015	Dunham Cellars	Cabernet Sauvignon XXI	Bright, dark ruby-red. The nose combines a very ripe raspberry aroma, notes of licorice and mocha, and a faint herbal element. Then fleshy and glossy on the palate, with sweet blackberry and cassis flavors framed and enlivened by nicely integrated acidity. 2017	Pursued by Bear	Blushing Bear Rose	Pale medium orange. Delicate, pristine aromas of watermelon and orange. Juicy, dry and restrained, showing surprising acid support to its flavors of apricot, powdered sugar and minerals, plus hints of red berries. This suave, restrained, rather serious pink wine finishes with a dusty austerity and noteworthy persistence. Very dry and classic--and easy to drink.
