2016	Domaine Seguinot-Bordet	Chablis	The 2016 Chablis Villages, matured in a combination of stainless steel and barrels, has a lifted bouquet, with hints of yellow flower (dandelion consommé, perhaps) coming through with time. The palate is fresh on the entry, with a touch of orange rind neatly embroidered into the Granny Smith apple and granite notes that gently fan out on the finish.
