Tasting Note

This is the most "flattering" Beauchene Châteauneuf: gourmet, fruity and delicate. The marriage of two terroirs, clay-rolled pebbles and sandy soils, gives it this beautiful ease full of freshness and a beautiful texture with very fine and abundant tannins which have retained the finesse of the grain, like velvet. It displays notes of black cherry, bitter dark chocolate, with hints of vanilla. It can be enjoyed young, but also cellared for a 10-15 years.
