Manual harvest. Intense pre-clarifying of the grape must pre-fermentation. Initial fermentation via natural yeast in order to obtain very fruity Riesling wines; final fermentation via cultured yeast. No malolactic fermentation, unoaked. Lightly filtered before bottling.
