Tasting Note

Bright yellow color with green accents. Flint notes, citrus fruit, green apple, lime zest, and slate predominate. The harmonious symbiosis of sweetness and acidity, combined with a low alcohol content, make this an excellent match to goat cheeses, lemongrass soup, spicy beef salad, or pasta with prawns.
