Grapes are sourced from several estate-owned plots throughout the Amarante region. Harvested by hand.
Mainly granite with a mix of schist.
Grapes are transferred to winery where they are destemmed and gently pressed. Wine ferments in stainless steel vats for about 15 days.
White flower notes. White fruit notes and tropical flavors such as pear, peach, apricot, lychees, pineapple and passionfruit. Light effervescence and great freshness.
