After careful selection of the grapes, the winemaking process took place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. 10% of the batch aged in used Port Wine barrels. The wines are stabilized and filtered before bottling in Gaia.

Tasting Note
Clean and bright wine, with a ruby color. Aromas of ripe red fruits with nuances of sweet spices. Light and elegant flavor, with good acidity and medium body. Round and mature tannins, and a persistent finish.
