The vineyard is located in Bombarral, inside the Lisboa demarcated wine region, on clay and sandy soil. The harvest was done by hand and took place on the first week of September.
For 12 days, the destemmed grapes of Fernão Pires (90%) and Arinto (10%) fermented with the skins in stainless steel vats. Once the wild yeasts finished the fermentation, the skins were lightly pressed, and the resulting juice was blended to fill the stainless steel vat where the wine aged, without bâttonage. This wine will be bottled without any finning or filtration.
