Distilling Process:
Single continuous distillation, grape variety by grape variety. Two traditional alambics heated by wood fire (recycled wood stakes from the estate's vineyards).
Aging:
Aged in oak barrels at least 7 years. Barrels are lightly toasted and made from French timber forests renowned for their fine grain.
Tasting Note:
An amber-yellow color with an expressive bouquet of prunes, toast and gingerbread. Smooth and well-rounded on the palette with oak and vanilla and a hint of macerated stone fruit on the finish.
