About Champ-Perroy

Champ-Perroy is a family owned and operated estate for the past four generations. In 1962, Marthe Durand, helped by her son Raymond Durand, harvested for the first time. Over time, the Durand family grew their vineyard in Sancerre and Menetou-Salon to a total of 106 acres/43 hectares and today it spans 116 acres/47 hectares.

Jean-Marie Durand joined his father in 1985, and the company grew in 1933 with the addition of vines from Jean-Marie’s wife Béatrice Millérioux. In 2011 their son Jean-Charles joined the family domaine as well, and their other son Pierre joined later. There are currently three generations of passionate winegrowers working together, aligning experience, tradition and modernity at the winery. The family philosophy is to offer high quality, authentic wines that are respectful and representative of their appellation.

Their estate is in the commune of Crézancy-en-Sancerre, in the lieu-dit of “Les Epsailles,” 4 miles from Sancerre.
