The 99 acres of vines are made up of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon, and Muscadelle and are planted on slopes in outstanding clay-limestone terroir.
As the descendant of a great Bordeaux wine-growing family, a qualified oenologist and a international wine consultant, I have drawn on my long experience and savoir-faire to make a range of wines that are attractive and delicious and can be enjoyed on any occasion. My wife Agnès and I run Vignobles Marc & Agnès Lurton, a company which includes Château Reynier and Château de Bouchet estates acquired by my grandfather in 1901. These two properties are located in Grezillac, in Bordeaux’s Entre-Deux-Mers region, some 10 km south of Saint-Emilion. The 99 acres of vines are made up of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot (for the red and rosé wines) and Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon and Muscadelle (for the whites), and are planted on slopes in outstanding clay-limestone terroir.
