2021	Le Cadeau	Pinot Noir 'Cote Est' Chehalem Mountains	Dark with earth and stone leading off, the 2021 Pinot Noir Côte Est grounds the taster to the glass with haunting florals and crushed ashen rocks slowly giving way to black cherries. A model of elegance within, this is silky, nearly creamy, yet lifted. Zesty acidity elevates depths of mineral-tinged red fruits.
