Tasting Notes

Yorkshire Stingo is aged for at least a year, matured in well-used oak casks in the underground cellars of the brewery. It has fruit, raisin, treacle toffee, Christmas pudding and slightly oaky flavors. It is then further conditioned naturally in the bottle.
