Tasting Note

"Sinuoso" translates to "sinuous" or "winding," reflecting the wine's flowing, elegant nature. From the As Saíñas vineyard, it is a pure and vertical expression of Mencía. The palate is deep and mineral-driven, with vibrant red fruit and a remarkable fluidity and length. It’s a wine of great finesse that perfectly captures the fresh, Atlantic-influenced character of its high-altitude terroir.
