Tasting Note

Garnet black color. Aromas of red cassis, grilled fennel, toasted cinnamon, caramel, and espresso with a slightly chewy, vibrant, dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a warming, distinctive, long chocolate mouse, roasted nuts, roasted carrots, and hints of olives finish with heavy oak flavor.
