Using minimal manipulation in the cellar to allow the authentic character of our soils and climate to express Frey wines are made without any added sulfites, making them an excellent choice for consumers looking to avoid synthetic preservatives. Bentonite clay is used as the fining agent. Frey wines are Certified Non-GMO. Total naturally occuring sulphur at bottling: 2ppm
Frey wines are aged in stainless steel tanks, which guarantees that wines are gluten-free (often the glues holding oak wine barrels together are wheat-based).
